Key Responsibilities

:

Welcome and guide patients through their appointments, procedures, and follow-ups. Provide clear and empathetic communication about hospital services, procedures, and timelines. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow. Address patient queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of patient care and service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Prior experience 2 years in patient relations or customer service, preferably in a hospital. Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus). Compassionate, patient, and calm demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems is an advantage.
