Job Description

Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients' entry into the clinic, to their exit.

Interact and Counsel with Patients.

Handle Patients' grievances/complaints/issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.

Responsible for Patients conversations and Targets

Should support daily operations of the clinic

Attending to patients queries

Should provide vital information requested by patient from time to time

Follow up for payments from patients and act as one point of contact to the patients

Should coordinate with Doctors / Patients

Create, maintain, & update Patients database on a regular basis.

Should also ensure that complaints on services of the clinics and handled promptly and appropriately.

Efficient management of the Front Desk.

Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic

Should work individually, prioritize the urgency of multiple requests.

Complete authority to control indent requirement of the Department.

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills with patients and Staffs

Maintaining eye contact with patients

Creative thinking and Problem Solving actively

Maintain Dress Etiquette and follow adherence (Boys: Tie and neat black Shoes Proper In-shirt well groom - Girls : Red top and blue pant Uniform )

Handling Team with Flexibility

Managing a positive relationship with the team and motivate accordingly.

Should be able to execute excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills

Should be able to work and remain calm even under stressful situations, and should be able to resolve any relevant issues

Should be able to collaborate and work with a diverse range of people and communicate with them efficiently.

Should be confident, matured and competent.

Being a floor manager is one of the busiest jobs that require an individual to carry out the
assigned floor activities effectively they ensure the smooth and timely completion of the floor
duties. Floor manager responsibilities involve management of floor tasks in such a way that it
improves the speed, quality as well as the efficiency of the work that has been allocated.

Training staff:-



Increasing sales
Supervise new employees
promote the company culture to staff members.
Making sure that workers know how to run cash registers
Handle simple customer complaints.

Improving sales:-



Make sure that their departments perform well in sales.
Inform their employees about specific sales techniques they might need to improve upon.
Monitor numbers and track the areas of their departments that needs more help than others.
They must come up with a game plan to increase sales.

Ensuring customer satisfaction:-



Have to take on the role of ensuring customer satisfaction.
While individual associates may handle minor issues, floor managers are expected to take care of
bigger issues and resolve point-of-sale discrepancies.
They need to create a win-win situation where everyone is satisfied and patients have a good
experience in the clinic

Monitoring stock levels:-



Handle the important role of monitoring stock in their stores.
Check the availability of the stocks and arrange for the supplies of the inventories in time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
