The Patient Relations Executive serves as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey at the Ayurveda hospital. This role involves coordinating appointments, handling patient queries, assisting with admissions and discharges, and ensuring that the hospital's service standards and Ayurvedic values are upheld in every patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge procedures efficiently.
Provide information about Ayurveda treatments, therapies, and wellness packages.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and respectful manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Schedule appointments and follow up for consultations, treatments, or wellness programs.
Support foreign and domestic patients with guidance on hospital processes and Ayurvedic therapies.
Assist in organizing patient education programs, wellness workshops, or health camps.
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to patient satisfaction, feedback, and service quality.
