We are looking for a courteous and patient-focused

Patient Relation Executive

to join our healthcare team in

Begumpet, Hyderabad

. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in patient relations or front-office roles within a hospital or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for patients and their attendants. Assist patients with registration, appointments, and inquiries. Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow. Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service quality standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a Patient Relation Executive or similar role. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital systems.
