Act as a primary point of contact for patients and their families.
Assist patients with admission, treatment, and discharge processes.
Provide information on hospital policies, services, and procedures.
Communication and coordination:
Facilitate smooth communication between patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns with empathy.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure patient needs are met.
Administrative and operational tasks:
Manage patient inquiries and appointments.
Assist with registration and billing, and collect payments.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback.
Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvement.
