Patient Advocacy: Ensure patient concerns and needs are addressed by acting as a liaison between patients and hospital staff. Complaint Handling: Receive, manage, and resolve patient complaints and grievances. Patient Satisfaction: Conduct daily rounds to check on patient satisfaction and address any issues that arise. Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties such as managing appointments, crowd control, and consultant coordination. Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve patient care, safety, and overall experience.
