Supervise front office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle patient enquiries, requests, complaints, and service recovery.
Ensure staff training, adherence to protocols, and quality service standards.
Manage rosters, cash control, discounts, refunds, and cancellations.
Coordinate with doctors for appointments, certifications, and patient care.
Monitor consultant timings, patient waiting times, and feedback.
Facilitate corporate patients and ensure patient/visitor safety and comfort.
Communicate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, telecom, emergency).
Perform analysis, corrective and preventive measures for service improvement.
Carry out additional duties assigned by higher management.
