? Supervision of the front office staff, from maintaining proper cash control to patient standards on a day-to-day basis

? Attend to patient enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments

? Ensure proper training and procedures are in place to ensure provision of quality services

? Attend to crisis or emergency situations and perform service recovery.

? Supervises Reception personnel to ensure optimum patient care services.

? Monitors Front Off

ce personnel to ensure patients receive proper attention and personal recognition.

? Assigning Departmental rosters

? Interdepartmental communication with the telecommunications, housekeeping, maintenance and emergency services.

? Coordinating with the doctors to set up the appointment system

? To pass all staff discounts as per the company norms.

? All refunds and cancellation to be done by OPD in charge.

? Coordinating with the doctors for patient medical certifications.

? OPD Feedback.

? Analysis Corrective & Preventive Measures

? Monitor Consultant in & out timings.

? Analysis of waiting time.

? To Facilitate Corporate patients on priority basis and avoid inconvenience.

? To coordinate and ensure safety and security of patients, attendants and visitors.

? Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures

? To carry out any other task assigned by higher authority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
