Position Summary:

The Patient Relationship Executive is responsible for collecting daily patient feedback, ensuring grievances are noted, maintaining patient satisfaction records, and supporting the hospital's service quality through structured patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Feedback Collection

Collect feedback from OP and IP patients using the hospital's feedback form or system. Ensure a minimum target of daily feedback entries based on patient flow. Explain the purpose of feedback and assist patients in filling forms when needed. Maintain confidentiality of patient comments and personal details.

Communication & Interaction

Interact with patients and attenders politely and professionally. Identify concerns or dissatisfaction and escalate to the duty manager immediately. Provide basic guidance to patients if they raise any service-related doubt.

Documentation & Reporting

Record feedback entries clearly and ensure each is verified. Submit daily feedback reports to the concern department Maintain a log of number of feedback collected per shift.

Shift Flexibility

Part-time role: Morning and/or evening availability required. Total 6-8 hours of work per day (combined across shifts). Can choose workable slots depending on hospital requirement.

Target & Performance-Based Earnings

Earnings calculated as

?50 per valid feedback

collected. Example: 10 feedback/day = ?500/day. Additional negotiable allowance based on performance and consistency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

SSLC / HSC / Any Degree. Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English is an advantage). Customer-friendly attitude with polite behaviour. Ability to interact confidently with patients and attenders. Punctual, responsible, and able to meet daily targets.

Work Conditions:

Part-time role with flexible timing (morning + evening shifts). Work within hospital premises across wards, OP area, and reception. High patient interaction environment.
