Key Responsibilities

Serve as the

primary point of contact

for patients visiting the clinic Ensure a

warm, welcoming, and hospitality-driven patient experience

Coordinate and manage

patient flow on the clinic floor

Assist patients with appointments, procedures, billing queries, and follow-ups Act as a

bridge between doctors, nursing staff, and patients

Handle patient concerns, feedback, and escalations with empathy and professionalism Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, service standards, and hygiene guidelines Support patient counselling coordination and documentation Maintain accurate patient records and daily operational reports Train and guide front-desk staff to maintain service excellence

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Strong

customer service orientation

Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities efficiently Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of hospital operations or clinical workflows Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems (preferred)

Preferred Background

Experience in

fertility clinics, hospitals, healthcare

, or

wellness centers

Candidates from

hospitality, airline, or premium service industries

are highly preferred Minimum

2-5 years

of relevant experience in customer/patient relationship roles

Working Hours

As per clinic operations (may include rotational shifts)
