To be fully conversant in all areas of front office. Meet and greet patients and visitors in a warm, respectful and courteous manner at all time. Provide efficient & effective administrative support. Deal with all front desk queries regarding hospital facilities or re-direct enquiries to the correct departments when needed. Carry out all types of billing activities. Prepare MIS reports. Answering multi-line phone and transferring calls to direct and departments Computer skills Communication skills Multitasking
