Duties and Responsibilities:
Patient Communication: Explain treatment procedures, clarify doubts, and address patient concerns with empathy.
Patient Support & Guidance: Assist patients in understanding hospital or clinic policies, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care.
Assisting Healthcare Providers: Support doctors and specialists in handling patients during consultations and treatments.
Patient Satisfaction & Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints, provide solutions, and ensure a positive patient experience.
Coordination & Documentation: Maintain patient records, communicate between departments, and ensure seamless operations.
Behavior & Professionalism: Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional approach when interacting with patients and their families.
