We are seeking a compassionate and responsible

Patient Relative Executive

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will act as a key communication link between patients' relatives and the hospital, ensuring smooth coordination, support, and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with patient relatives regarding treatment updates and hospital processes Provide guidance and support to patient families during admission, treatment, and discharge Address concerns, queries, and grievances in a polite and professional manner Liaise with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments for effective patient care coordination Maintain proper documentation and records Ensure patient relatives follow hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

MSW (Master of Social Work)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

in hospital or healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient, and service-oriented attitude Ability to handle stressful situations calmly Basic computer knowledge
