The Patient Relation Executive (PRE) is responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience by addressing patient needs, coordinating services, and acting as a liaison between patients, attendants, and hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and their attendants courteously
Guide patients through hospital procedures and services
Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth patient flow
Ensure patient satisfaction and timely service delivery
Maintain patient records and feedback documentation
Assist in admission, discharge, and billing coordination
Follow hospital policies, ethics, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications & Skills:
MSW
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service oriented with problem-solving ability
Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
Basic computer knowledge (HIS, MS Office)
Multilingual skills preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
