Liaison between patients, attenders, consultants and administration. Ensures thorough and timely resolution of patient issues, concerns, and complaints.
To ensure that patient\xe2\x80\x99s requirements at the time of consultation are met and that their visit to the hospital is hassle free.
To brief the patient and the attendant about the availability of doctor and approximate waiting time.
To co-ordinate with Nursing / lab staff to ensure that all investigations are done on time and reports are handed over to the patient without follow up.
Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.
Collect patient feedback and google reviews.
To interact with other Floor Coordinators and carryout proactive measures to achieve zero error in patient requirements if it is OP to IP conversion
To counsel the patient and attendant as and when required.
To undertake appropriate and proactive action deemed fit to protect the interests of patient and hospital.
Job Specifications:
Minimum Qualifications \xe2\x80\x93 Graduation.
Technical Qualifications \xe2\x80\x93 Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Minimum - 2 to 5 years experience as Patient Relation Executive in Hospital is mandatory, preferably Female.
Able to speak local language, English and Hindi.
