Job Description

:
Daily rounds in OPD, IPD and all patient areas and and taking feedback from the patients and attendants
Daily calling to all the patients with negative feedback and ensuring RCA CAPA for the same
Entering complaints in dreamsol complaint app
Maintaining various trackers
Ensuring patient satisfaction and NPS
Analysing feedbacks and sharing the complaint trends with the respective stakeholders on a regular basis
Sharing MIS and other Patient Experience reports with all the stakeholders on a regular basis
To be able to handle difficult situations and customers
To get all the complaints close within TAT and maintain SLA adherence
Preparing monthly Patient Experience review presentation and share it with management for further required action
