Ensure excellent patient experience across OPD & IPD.
Coordinate scheduling for OPD and IPD appointments.
Monitor and improve online patient reviews.
Act as the first point of contact for patient concerns and queries.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in patient relations, hospital operations, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
Polished personality with high patience, empathy, and caring attitude.
