Review Collection & Online Reputation
Ask satisfied patients/customers to leave reviews on platforms like Google, Practo, Facebook, etc.
Guide them through the process if needed.
Maintain a weekly/monthly log of number of reviews collected.
3.
Patient Testimonial Video Coordination
Identify happy patients open to sharing their recovery journey.
Coordinate and shoot short video testimonials within the hospital/clinic premises.
Work with marketing/design team for edits and publishing.
4.
Feedback Handling & Escalation
Collect feedback during or after treatment.
Escalate any negative feedback or concerns to the hospital administrator or relevant doctor.
Maintain patient satisfaction score sheets for internal reporting.
5.
Data Entry & CRM Updates
Enter call logs, feedback status, and appointment updates in the hospital CRM or Excel sheets.
Ensure all interactions are documented accurately.
Desired Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal communication (in local language + basic English)
Friendly, empathetic approach toward patients
Basic mobile camera handling & comfort with shooting videos
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Reviews, and other social platforms
Organized and detail-oriented
