Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join our clinic as a Patient Enquiry & Front Office Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting online and offline enquiries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring excellent patient care. Strong communication skills and digital proficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enquiry Management:

Respond promptly to leads and enquiries from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Just Dial.

Convert leads into confirmed appointments and follow up effectively.

Maintain enquiry logs and conversion reports.

2. Front Office & Reception:

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude.

Manage appointment scheduling, patient registrations, and walk-ins.

Coordinate with medical staff for seamless patient flow.

3. Patient Care:

Provide pre and post-consultation guidance to patients.

Address basic patient queries and ensure a pleasant clinic experience.

Collect and document patient feedback.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

Experience with WhatsApp Business for communication and follow-ups.

Excellent communication skills in English and [mention regional language if applicable].

Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role in a clinic or healthcare setting.

Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures and patient service practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
