As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for patient interaction, follow-ups, feedback, and managing our digital presence. This is a dynamic role that blends communication skills with creativity and digital know-how.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and interact with patients in fluent
English
with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Conduct
follow-up calls
post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
Collect and document
patient feedback
for continuous improvement.
Call and coordinate with
corporate offices
to schedule oral health seminars or awareness talks.
Contribute ideas and help in
creating content
(photos, videos, reels, etc.) for Instagram, Facebook & other platforms.
Actively
manage clinic social media handles
, respond to DMs/comments, and engage with our online audience.
Capture
video testimonials
, clinic highlights, and patient journey clips.
Plan and
execute marketing campaigns
with the clinic team.
