This role is focused on collecting, analyzing, and acting upon patient feedback to enhance service quality, boost patient satisfaction, and foster informed patient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Feedback & Surveys:
Collect patient feedback surveys before discharge in IPD
Continuously improve survey formats and questions for better insights
Administer feedback collection from OPD and Diagnostics patients
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly reports of survey findings with improvement recommendations
Compile reports on patient uptake of services post-discharge
Patient Advocacy & Voice:
Collect patient testimonials and obtain relevant consents
Listen and respond to patient concerns across IPD, OPD, and Diagnostics
Recommend operational or service-level corrections based on patient insights
Service Awareness & Upsell:
Educate patients on healthcare packages, home care offerings, and other services during discharge
Track and report patient interest and usage of additional services
Doctor Engagement & Communication:
Attend CMEs and onboard doctors into the official WhatsApp Community
Create a structured monthly content calendar for doctor communication via WhatsApp
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Hospital Administration, Communications, or related field
Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a patient-first mindset
Experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or public relations preferred
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and digital communication tools
Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with medical and administrative teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
