Patient Engagement Manager
Job Description
Handle inbound calls and enquiries from patients--understand their concerns, provide solutions, and advise on treatment options or oral-health best practices.
Educate patients about dental diseases, prevention, and treatment modalities in clear, understandable language.
Resolve routine dental issues over the phone, offering interim relief and guidance until they can see a dentist.
