Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused

Patient Engagement Coordinator

to join our healthcare operations team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and ensuring they receive timely assistance. You'll play a key part in maintaining patient satisfaction and supporting the smooth functioning of our care delivery process.

Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply! Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text to book, confirm, and follow up on appointments. Accurately maintain and update patient information using Excel, EMR systems (Athena experience is a plus), and other digital tools. Provide courteous, professional, and helpful responses to patient inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure coordinated and efficient operations. Track key performance metrics such as call handling, scheduling rates, and follow-up completion. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while meeting daily and weekly targets.

Candidate Requirements



Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with good accuracy. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to manage time effectively and perform well under pressure. Prior experience (1-3 years) in customer service, healthcare coordination, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
