Job Description

1. Counsel patients regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, procedures, and medications



2. Explain medical information in a clear and understandable manner



3. Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy



4. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff



5. Guide patients on appointments, follow-ups, admission, and discharge process



6. Maintain patient records and basic documentation



7. Inform patients about hospital policies, procedures, and treatment costs



8. Ensure patient satisfaction and smooth patient flow



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Language:

English, Hindi, Bengali (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
