Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Counselling of all patients referred and recommended for surgeries/procedures Coordinating and discussing with doctors on any potential cases Fixing surgical appointments in consensus with the surgeon Surgical list preparation and coordination with surgeon and OT staff Preoperative and Postoperative follow ups, care and instructions IP management including patient care, payments, amenities etc Assisting patients in TPA and other claims Coordinating with doctors for appointments, surgeries and medications Back office works of marketing team Camp cases follow ups and coordination Participate in internal marketing campaigns TPA claims approval follow ups Making Consent forms, discharge summaries, case summaries, certificates etc Patient testimonials and documentation Surgical case documentation and data base management Referring doctors relationship and communication Coordination in internal medical/academic events Tariffs & concessions management Corporate patient relationships and communications Reports- Follow ups, Feedback
