We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic

Patient Counselor

to join our team. The role involves guiding patients through their treatment journey, providing information about procedures, and offering emotional and administrative support to ensure a positive hospital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel patients regarding eye treatments, procedures, and hospital services Assist patients in understanding doctor's advice and next steps Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for smooth patient care Maintain accurate patient counseling and follow-up records Provide compassionate support to patients and their families

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and patience when dealing with patients Good organizational and record-keeping skills Basic computer proficiency

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
