What You'll Do
As a
Patient Counselor
, you'll be the friendly, reassuring voice helping patients from around the world get the right treatment in India.
You'll:
Respond timely to international patient queries, mostly on whatsapp.
Receieve medical history and medical reports from patients and share with operations team for treatment plan & cost estimate
Guide, advise and assist patients in taking medical decisions.
Coordinate with patients until their arrival in India and keep close virtual watch during their treatment process.
Maintain lasting relationship with patients from around the world.
What We're Looking For
Miniumum Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science/Healthcare background is a plus)
Excellent spoken and written English
Warm, empathetic, and patient personality
Comfortable using computers (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Web)
Prior experience in healthcare or counseling helps -- but freshers with great communication skills are very welcome!
