We are looking for an experienced and compassionate

Patient Counsellor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide patients through their treatment journey, provide accurate procedure information, handle consultations, and ensure a smooth and positive experience at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations and explain treatments clearly and professionally Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable procedures Coordinate with doctors for treatment planning and follow-ups Maintain patient records, inquiries, and conversion tracking Handle walk-in patients and manage appointment scheduling Follow up with leads from calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins Build strong rapport with patients to ensure high satisfaction Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets Ensure excellent patient experience from consultation to post-treatment care Assist in content creation, before/after photos, and marketing activities (if required)

Requirements:

Minimum

2+ years experience

as a Patient Counsellor in aesthetics, dermatology, dentistry, or similar healthcare setups Strong communication & interpersonal skills Good understanding of aesthetic treatments (face, body, dental, hair) Sales and conversion skills Confident, presentable, and patient-friendly attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools preferred
