Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Patient Counsellor. Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month Counsellor Academy certification program with a starting monthly stipend of ?10,000. Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a 100% job offer within our hospital network.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients based on doctor's reports and treatment advice
Explain procedures, investigations, and tariffs clearly
Coordinate with doctors and centre heads for surgery scheduling
Prepare surgery lists and maintain procedure checklists
Handle patient follow-ups and tele-calling
Maintain daily counselling and conversion reports
Coordinate with TPA / Insurance teams for pre-authorizations
Verify documents related to credit billing before surgery
Eligibility
Graduation (Arts or Science - any specialization)
Minimum 70% in Class X & XII
Freshers preferred (healthcare / sales exposure is a plus)
