Job Description

To provide information and guidance to patients about their medical conditions and treatment options, coordinating with doctors and other healthcare providers, and assisting patients in making informed decisions. Key duties involve explaining procedures and costs, managing patient records, providing follow-up care, and counselling patients for admission, surgery or other medical interventions. The role requires strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Equivalent.

Preference shall be given to candidate with three or more years of experience as a Patient Counsellor in a Mother & Child care Hospital/Multi speciality hospital.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
