Job Summary:
The Patient Counsellor is responsible for guiding and supporting patients through their treatment journey. This includes explaining diagnosis, treatment options, surgery procedures, costs, and follow-up requirements, while ensuring excellent patient experience and satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Science or Healthcare background preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in patient counselling, preferably in an eye hospital or healthcare setup.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and local languages; good communication and interpersonal skills.
