Join our Team as a Patient Counsellor at Evoke
Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
? Understanding of dermatology and aesthetics, particularly hair loss causes, hair treatment procedures (like PRP, GFC etc) and transplant procedures will be an added advantage.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
? Active listening skills and a genuine desire to understand patient needs and goals.
? Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities:
? Patient Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with potential patients, thoroughly evaluating their hair loss concerns, medical history, and suitability for hair transplant procedures.
? Treatment Education: Educate patients on the various hair transplant techniques offered at Evoke, clearly explaining the process, benefits, and potential risks involved.
? Treatment Planning: Assist patients in selecting the most appropriate hair transplant approach based on their needs and goals.
? Financial Guidance: Provide detailed information about the costs associated with hair transplant procedures and the available financing options.
? Patient Advocacy: Build trust and rapport with patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive and informative experience throughout the consultation process.
? Post-Consultation Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments, answer patient questions, and address any post-consultation concerns.
? Maintain Patient Records: Document patient consultations, treatment plans, and communication clearly and organized.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
