Conduct

Educate patients on available treatments (skin, hair, laser, aesthetic procedures) in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
Develop
personalized treatment plans
in consultation with dermatologists and specialists.
Proactively follow up with patients via
calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
to drive conversions, package renewals, and repeat bookings.
Provide
pre- and post-treatment counselling
to ensure patient compliance and satisfaction.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Consistently achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Implement
upselling and cross-selling strategies
for clinic services and retail products.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute
promotional campaigns, events, and offers
.
Maintain accurate
CRM records, sales dashboards, and lead pipelines
.
Monitor
treatment package renewals
to maximize retention and recurring revenue.
3. Team Collaboration & Training
Guide
front desk, telecalling, and junior counselling teams
in effective lead handling and conversion.
Support staff training in
patient interaction, product knowledge, and sales techniques
.
Work closely with dermatologists, therapists, and management to deliver a seamless
end-to-end patient journey
.
4. Reporting & Insights
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on
sales, lead conversion, and patient retention
.
Track
lead sources, treatment trends, and patient feedback
to identify growth opportunities.
Provide
data-driven insights and recommendations
to management for business improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred:
Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Hospitality
).
Certification in
cosmetology, aesthetics, or dermatology counselling
is an advantage.
Experience
2-5 years in
sales, patient counselling, or business development
within
dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic, or healthcare industry
.
Demonstrated success in
meeting or exceeding revenue targets
.
Core Skills
Strong
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
.
Patient-centric mindset with
empathy and professionalism
.
Proficiency in
objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales
.
Working knowledge of
aesthetic treatments, dermatology procedures, and skincare solutions
