Job Opening: Female Patient Counsellor cum Coordinator

# Role & Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of warmth and reassurance for patients visiting or calling the clinic.

- Listen patiently to patient concerns, fears, and expectations; counsel them with genuine empathy about treatment options, procedures, and outcomes.

- Coordinate seamless patient journeys -- from appointment scheduling, treatment planning discussions, follow-ups, and post-treatment care guidance.

- Build long-term relationships with patients by remembering personal details, sending caring reminders, and checking on their comfort after procedures.

- Assist doctors by explaining treatment plans in simple, non-technical language and addressing financial queries sensitively.

- Handle patient feedback gracefully, resolve concerns promptly, and turn every interaction into a positive experience.

- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinical team for smooth daily operations.

# Who We're Looking For

- Female candidate with at least 2-3 years of experience in patient counselling, front desk coordination, or customer-facing roles (experience in healthcare/dental clinics highly preferred).

- Naturally empathetic, patient, and an excellent listener who can calm anxious patients with a gentle smile and kind words.

- Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

- Pleasant personality with a genuine passion for patient care and teamwork.

- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, appointment software).

- Ability to multitask gracefully while keeping patient comfort as the top priority.
