Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with patients and clinicians to ensure clarity on diagnosis, therapy, and treatment plans.
Provide counselling and guidance to patients regarding their medical journey, ensuring emotional comfort and understanding.
Assist clinicians by relaying patient concerns and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per hospital guidelines.
Educate patients and their families about prescribed treatments, follow-ups, and preventive care.
Support patient engagement initiatives and contribute to improving overall patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or any Life Science field
(mandatory).
Prior experience in
patient counselling
or
healthcare communication
preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic attitude with the ability to handle sensitive patient situations.
Confidence in interacting with clinicians and patients.
