Key Responsibilities

Welcome and register couples visiting the hospital Explain treatment procedures, packages, timelines, and hospital services clearly Coordinate appointments with doctors, counselors, lab, and nursing staff Maintain regular follow-up with couples regarding treatment progress Assist couples with documentation, consent forms, and reports Support couples emotionally and address their concerns with empathy Coordinate financial counseling and payment discussions if required Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital systems Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of patient information Work closely with marketing and telecalling teams for patient conversions Handle post-treatment follow-ups and feedback collection

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree:

BHMS and BEMS

(Healthcare / Life Sciences preferred) Experience in hospital / IVF centre / patient coordination preferred Good communication skills in local language and English Strong interpersonal and counseling skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and empathy Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software) Female candidates preferred (as per patient comfort in IVF settings)

Experience

0-3 years of experience in healthcare coordination or patient relations Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
