Patient and family liaison:
Act as a primary point of contact, communicate with patients and their families about their health, and answer questions regarding treatment plans and medical terminology.
Administrative support:
Handle tasks like managing patient records, processing paperwork, handling billing and insurance authorization, and inputting data into electronic health record systems.
Patient education:
Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and the use of home health aids.
Financial assistance:
Assist patients with understanding costs, insurance coverage, and payment options, and help them secure funding for their care
