EMC Hospital is looking for a proactive and empathetic

Patient Coordinator

to join our growing healthcare team. As a key part of the patient experience, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments. Serve as the first point of contact for patients--both in person and over the phone Coordinate patient appointments, reminders, and follow-up communication Handle patient feedback collection and ensure queries are addressed appropriately Maintain accurate patient records and communication logs Assist in day-to-day patient service operations in a polite and professional manner Support both front-office and back-office tasks related to patient coordination

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in a Medical or Healthcare-related field Fluent in English and Arabic Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential Prior experience in healthcare, call center, or customer service roles is an added advantage Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle patient interactions with empathy and clarity Fast learner with a positive attitude and team spirit
