Assist patients and attendants with registration, appointments, admissions, and discharge procedures.
Provide information and counselling regarding hospital services, treatment processes, and follow-up requirements.
Coordinate between patients, doctors, and departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Address patient queries and escalate unresolved issues to the Department Administrator/Medical Superintendent.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per NABH guidelines.
Support quality initiatives and patient satisfaction programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in
Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management
or any related.
Strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.
