ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Stay on OPD floor & manage smooth flow of appointments during the shift
Patient appointment tracking and scheduling efficiently
Direct interaction with patients to greet them at the time of arrival
Good computer knowledge and adaptability to software programs
Assisting walk-in patients with appointments
Patient documents and data management
Independently respond to patient queries and resolve issues
Comply with the quality of service policy of the organization
Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily cash to accounts at end of shift

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
