Night Shift (Work from Office Only) - 6:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.

5 Days a Week

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Patient Collection Caller (Female) to join our team. The role involves communicating with patients regarding outstanding balances, clarifying billing-related queries, and ensuring accurate and courteous communication at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients for payment reminders and collections. Handle patient queries related to billing, payments, and account status. Maintain professional and clear communication throughout the interaction. Update and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and payment status. Follow the company's calling guidelines and compliance standards. Coordinate with internal teams as needed for issue resolution.

Key Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to communicate with patients professionally and courteously. Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in voice process or international calling will be preferred. Willingness to work the night shift from office.
