We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated

Hospital Patient Caretaker

to join our patient care team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with

0-6 months of experience

who are willing to support patients in their daily needs and assist hospital staff in ensuring comfort, safety, and quality care for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as mobility, feeding, and hygiene Support nursing staff in routine patient care activities Ensure

complete bedside support

to patients including

feeding assistance, hygiene care, washroom support, bathing, and safe patient shifting or transfers

. Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times Assist in shifting patients during therapies sessions. Maintain cleanliness and order around the patient area Support night and day shift requirements as assigned Follow hospital rules, safety protocols, and infection control practices Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper handover between shifts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum: Basic education (ability to read & understand instructions) Prior hospital experience is an added advantage (not mandatory) Physically fit to assist patients Basic communication skills (local language preferred) Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends Caring, patient, and respectful attitude
