Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, guide, and supervise Care Coordinators to ensure smooth and quality homecare service delivery.

2. Act as the escalation authority by taking ownership of patient or service issues that Care Coordinator are unable to resolve.

3. Address patient and family concerns with empathy, clarity, and timely resolution.

4. Serve as a strong bridge between field staff, Care coordinator, and management by ensuring transparent communication.

5. Ensure adherence to homecare policies, care plans, and service standards across all cases.

6. Maintain strong knowledge of homecare operations, public health practices, and community-based care.

7. Demonstrate sound understanding of age-related health issues, especially geriatric care, chronic illnesses, and long-term care needs.

8. Support Care Coordinator's Nurses and Caregivers in managing complex, critical, or high-risk patient situations.

9. Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, Nurses and caregiver performance through regular follow-ups and reports.

10. Promote a patient-centric, ethical, and accountable care culture while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Preferred Languages:

Fluency in Telugu and English is required. Proficiency in any additional language will be considered a plus.
