Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient hospital operations with a strong focus on revenue optimization, patient satisfaction, cost control, compliance, staff development, and process improvement across OPD, diagnostics, surgery, and support services.

(Preferred : candidate form eye healthcare background)

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Performance (Revenue Growth & Cost Control)



Drive revenue growth by improving conversion of walk-in and referred patients into paying patients. Ensure optimal conversion of surgical cases, including supported and subsidized surgeries. Monitor and control operational costs by minimizing wastage of consumables and resources. Track usage of medical and non-medical consumables and ensure accountability across departments. Coordinate with billing and stores teams for accurate consumption and inventory control.

2. Customer Management (Patients, Employees & Vendors)Patients



Improve overall patient satisfaction through regular interaction and proactive issue resolution. Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Guide patients requiring advanced treatment or referrals. Assist patients with insurance and reimbursement processes, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Monitor patient feedback through internal tools and online platforms and initiate corrective actions.

Employees



Enhance staff satisfaction by providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback. Recognize and appreciate good performance to improve motivation and retention. Identify skill gaps and provide focused coaching and support.

Vendors



Maintain regular coordination with vendors to ensure uninterrupted and timely services. Monitor vendor performance and service quality in alignment with patient care standards.

3. Internal Processes (Policies, SOPs, Compliance & Technology)



Conduct regular training sessions (group and individual) on OPD and surgery discount policies. Ensure smooth patient flow in OPD and operation theatres through staff training and coordination. Oversee billing accuracy, documentation standards, and reimbursement paperwork. Ensure completeness and accuracy of surgical documentation. Prepare and submit periodic operational and performance reports. Manage procurement processes through ERP/SAP systems in compliance with organizational policies. Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.

4. Training and Development



Conduct on-the-job and small group training programs for front desk staff and patient counselors. Facilitate and participate in clinical and product-related training relevant to eye care services. Coordinate training programs related to surgical procedures, implants, injections, and specialty services. Support continuous learning initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
