Duty Hours : As per schedule intimated from time to time

The Responsibilities of the Data Entry Operator - Patient Services include the following:

Responsible for typing all the discharge summaries with accuracy and minimal response time.

Coordinate with doctors, coordinators and Nursing team for preparing the discharge summaries.

Collect and maintain data (daily register, discharge time, planned discharges, patient history, diagnosis details etc)

Prepare the discharge summary of provisional discharges/ ICU shifting.

Escalate issues to the respective Supervisors/Manager. Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: From ?13,000.00 per month
