Co-ordination with all Departments (Internally / Externally)

Raising an Indent for Branch based on the requirements.

Ensuring smooth patient flow.

Minimizing the process & patient waiting time.

Co-ordination with patients till they walk out.

Maintaining FFA, Auto Perimeter, B-Scan, Laser & Doctors registers

Instillation of Eye drops (Dilation & Constriction)

Explain instructions to the patient (OPD)

Instillation of Eye drops (Dilation & Constriction)

Maintaining employee attendance and monitoring staff leave and timings.

Responsibilities can be modified subject to necessity.
