Key Responsibilities:
Gather and record accurate patient information.
Coordinate with patients to assist them in onboarding through OncoBuddy.
Work with the central team to provide counselling and support.
Offer emotional and practical support to patients and caregivers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Bachelor's
Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Call Centers
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil preferred.
Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
