Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Executive for a leading chain of homeopathy clinics. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries professionally. Customer Support: Provide information about clinic services, resolve complaints, and ensure patient satisfaction. Front Desk Administration: Manage daily operations, maintain records, and oversee revenue/collections. Customer Engagement: Encourage Google Reviews to enhance the clinic's reputation. Professional Standards: Maintain hygiene, a welcoming environment, and uphold a professional demeanor.
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach. Organized, proactive, and adaptable individuals.
Take the lead in creating a positive patient experience while contributing to clinic success!

Working days and timings - Tuesday to Saturday 11 am to 8 pm, Sunday 10 am to 6 pm & Monday weekly off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
