Experience Required:

2 to 5 years

(Mandatory: OPD/Clinical Coordination/Counselling Experience)

Educational Qualification:

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing

(Must be registered with the respective Nursing Council)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between consultants, patients, and departments to ensure smooth clinical coordination. Read and explain doctor prescriptions, procedures, and follow-up plans clearly to patients. Schedule and coordinate diagnostics, minor procedures, PACs, admissions, OT slots, etc. Provide medication counselling and support pharmacy billing in OPD. Educate patients on procedures, preparation, and recovery protocols. Clarify insurance/cash billing queries and coordinate with TPA/Finance teams. Ensure complete ownership of patient follow-ups and service experience.
