Key Responsibilities

Handle new enquiries through WhatsApp, calls & walk-ins Convert enquiries into consultations and treatments Build rapport, explain treatment benefits, and handle objections confidently Follow-up on leads until closure using CRM Create premium patient experience from first call till treatment completion Coordinate with doctors and therapists for scheduling and smooth operations Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports Support basic reception duties (bills, records, etc.)

Excellent communication & convincing skills Presentable, confident, well-groomed personality Ability to handle high-ticket treatment conversations Strong follow-up discipline, target-oriented mindset Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
